Overview

Ahead of a national multi-sport championship, the association needed a complete medal programme — gold, silver, and bronze in three finishes — bearing the event crest and paired with branded ribbons for every podium across the tournament.

The Challenge

Volume and timing were the hard constraints: thousands of medals in three finishes had to be ready for the opening ceremony, each one crisp enough to show the fine detail of the event crest at 50mm.

Our Solution

We die-cast the medals in zinc alloy from a single master tool, then plated three separate batches in gold, silver, and antique bronze. Ribbons were woven in the association's colours and assembled in-house, with the full programme batch-checked before dispatch.

Results

Every podium was supplied on time and the medals were praised for their weight and finish. The association reordered the same design for the following season's events.
